"TAKEO STOP!!!"
I jolt as I come to my senses, I collect myself and look around in surprise at the current situation I am in.
The chairs were broken, and the table was thrown. All 5 adventures that were talking next to us were beaten unconscious, but besides that, nothing else in the Pub was touched.
I was getting the spotlight effect from everyone in the Pub. All the My friends were looking at me with disbelief at what I just managed to do, but I had no idea what I had done!
"W-what happened!?!?" I asked, my voice trembling.
No one said anything, however, Roy pointed down, signaling me to look.
I was standing above one of the unconscious adventurers, I think this one was Carlo, I had my foot atop his chest.
I broke into a nervous sweat, I felt dizzy and disoriented. I just knocked out 5 people, and I had no idea of it!
Not knowing what to do next, I ran without a second thought! I sprinted out of the Pub and through the city streets.
"Takeo wait!"
I didn't stop, I ran till I was outside the city walls without another word. I needed to get away, I needed to be alone with my thoughts. It seems like things just keep getting worse for me tonight!

POV Alexa:
I can't believe what I saw tonight. Takeo, my friend who's always been the calm and self-possessed one of the group, turned into something else entirely.
He had heard those adventurers talking smack about Teles, and before I knew it, Takeo had beaten them up and caused a scene. It was like watching a completely different person!
Yet it felt like happened so quickly before any of us could do anything! And we just watched him storm out of this place immediately afterward!
"What's gotten into him!?!?" Roy shouted "Takeo just up and assaulted a group just like that!?!?
"Hmm, hang on, something seemed off about him no?" Steve replied
"What are you talking about?"
"I've known Takeo for a long time now, he wouldn't just attack other people for no reason!" I said
"But didn't you notice something strange? He suddenly faints and then goes for the assault, and did you see his face while he was on the attack?" Steve continued
"What do you mean?" I replied
"Takeo had some kind of poker-faced stare as he was fighting as if he only kept one emotion during the entire time!"
"Hmm, now that you mention it, that did seem kinda strange..." Roy replied
"Ugh..." One of the adventurers sighed as he regained consciousness
I walked back over to the party. The Adventurer who woke up was Carlo, one of the guys who was telling that story earlier.
"Who... was that?" He questioned as he held his head
"You okay?" I asked him as I held out a hand
He jerked his face towards my direction.
"Do I LOOK okay to you!?!? One second we were minding our own business, and the next thing We get our *** kicked by some psychopathic Trap who looks like he's going to a Christmas party! How do YOU think I feel!?!?"
"Wow, sorry for asking then!"
Leon wakes up next and sits himself up. Unlike Carlo, he had a completely different outlook on the situation.
"You alright buddy?" Steve said as he helped Leon up.
"It was terrible...." Leon said as he trembled
"Sorry about that..."
"H-he swiped our gear without us even noticing as if it was magnetically pulled in his direction!"
"Yeah! That ********* stole our weapons too!" Carlo added
'Hmm, how did he manage to do that?' I thought
"It didn't end there... The way he fought, it was like he was possessed by a devil or some kind of maniac! It felt foolish to even TRY to resist despite him being outnumbered!!!"
"Ignore him, he's a downer!" Carlo said to us
"I-I don't know where they're going with this!" Roy whispered to us
"Well, it's not like he didn't have a complete reason for what happened!" Steve mentioned
"The ***** are you talking about!" Carlo replied
"Well, I overheard everything, we know you tried to murder Takeo's friend!"
"What are you even talking about? We didn't attack any people on our way here!"
"I'm talking about the demi-monster you jumped!"
Carlo couldn't believe his ears
"WHAT!?!? You're telling me this whole mess is over a monster!?!?"
"This is gonna be a long night...." I sighed "I wonder what happened to Takeo?"

I kept running, I fell beside a tree, a sat up against it trying to keep my head. I was still in seeing distance of the city.
"Maybe I shouldn't have listened to Mr.Doubt..." I thought
Speak of the devil he appeared next to me under the tree | HA! You should've seen the look on your face! There is a reason why you should listen to your friends you know!|
"What did you do?!?!? You caused a scene and blamed ME for it!"
|Well SORRRRYYY! I would've done more, but I was a little rusty| Mr.Doubt shrugged
"Whatever! Now isn't the time to dwell on what just happened, I need to figure out what to do now..."
Mr.Doubt stroked his chin as he was thinking of something | Hmm, you know, I saw a pretty high cliff in the distance. Why not just take the EASY way out of this whole mess|
I pondered what Mr.Doubt just told me. Honestly, it felt as if I had done nothing but mess up lately, how going back to my old ways just humiliated me and filled me with regret.
"You know, I think you have a point..." I gave in
| Wonderful, I think you and I are finally on the same page here!| Mr.Doubt said as he grabbed my arm and started walking me to the location.
That's when it came to me, "Wait wait!" I suddenly said as Mr.Doubt looked at me with confusion.
"I can't just give up now all of a sudden when things get hard! I made a promise, I wanted to help people, find Stephen! WHY WOULD I GIVE UP WHEN I HAVE SO MUCH TO LOOK TO!!!!"
Mr.Doubt let go of my arm and said |Suit yourself then, but if things continue to get bad, I will always be back with my offer! Oh and by the way, I would get out of the open if I were you...|
I looked around and I was quickly met with hostile monsters, I was surrounded and I knew I had no way out but to fight!
"Not what I want to do tonight!!!" I complained
I got out my enchanted iron sword I got from one of the mercs and began to fight, but I ended up being surrounded by zombies.
"GAH! What am I going to do...."
|I have an idea!| Mr.Doubt started |Use this!|
He reached into my inventory and made me pull out the knife I still had from the other world.
I don't know how to feel about this solution, but I was out of options. So I began to duel wield with my Iron sword in one hand, and dagger in the other.
I used the sword for a starting assault and resorted to my dagger when mobs got too close.
The knife I used actually did the trick! I was able to kill zombies just as fast as if I used a diamond sword, this was a great idea. Mr.Doubt looked at me with pleasure.
| Here, let me assist ya!| Mr.Doubt said as he vanished.
I slumped my head for a few seconds and rose up again. This time I still felt like I was half in control.
I kept fighting with my duel-wielding style, even though I was shot by arrows! I was scratched, I was punched, and a smile was still slowly creeping on my face, who knew fighting like this was so satisfying...

POV Richard:
As I waited in my office, Steve, one of my greatest warriors finally came in.
"Steve, you are probably wondering why I called you in for..."
"This is regarding reports of the strange Laboratory that was suddenly built miles away from our village isn't it sir?" Steve responded
"I appreciate your vigilance, Steve, We have been getting reports of strange activity from our scouts coming from there."
I proceeded to hand him photos that they were able to take. One of the photos was of the scientists leading creepers into a secret door of the base.
I could see the shock and confusion on his face, and I couldn't blame him! Why would you want to bring Creepers of all things into a building, and how do they do this without getting them to explode?
"I'm providing you with a small platoon to get information about the lab, I don't want you to spend too long over there, and I also don't need any wars or hostility from the scientists over there! I just need to know if what they're doing is safe, and won't spark any conflicts between our communities." I commanded
Steve understood his task and began to meet with the people I assigned him to, once he left I began to study the pictures again.
"What are you people up to...." I pondered.
We already have a prophecy of another great war coming soon. I hope they are just neutral and not part of our enemy, but with a position like this, it's better to be cautious and prepared than to be taken down knowing you had a chance to stop it.

POV Takeo:
Morning came and I vanquished all the monsters that attacked me that night, I was still smiling from contentment while I was making my way back to my village.
When I got back to the walls I saw the guards look at me in shock. The people on the watch for the night were one of my friends Alex and another fighter named Mike, he was one of the guards who first met Teles when I brought her to the village.
They both rush to my side.
"Takeo! What happened!?!?" Alex said worriedly about my condition
| Don't raise any suspicion Takeo! | Mr.Doubt shouted | They don't need to know anything about our business! |
I didn't say anything, I just slowly turned to her with my Periorbital dark circled eyes locked onto hers while I had my long grin flashed, and after a few seconds of staring, I ignored the question and continued walking on my way back to my base.
'He's making that strange face he expressed at the Pub again!' Alex studied
"H-hey wait!"
As I continued to slowly walk with both sword and knife in my hands, I continued to... just walk, even though blood was dripping from my clothes.
I didn't have any other thought except about what happened last night! I even ignored the strange looks from all the citizens of the village, not caring about what they were thinking, until I finally made it back home.
