With this, the user can also manipulate the effects of others' power, by temporarily enhancing or reducing it, depending on the user's will.

Side effects:

The user won't be able to utilize mana or change the natural source (mana and radiation) of a person. 

A user can't give or take someone's ability more than once. 

Sub powers would have minimal side effects from radiation consumption. 

Sub-power: 

Energy vision (SS+): the user would be able to see the energy in the air, as well as the ability to see auras around people. 

Energy control (A+): The user can easily move radiation in the air or objects physically or mentally and give pre-constructed orders for various tasks.
