"I understand why Lennox doesn't want to see or talk to me. I don't blame him for that. I just wish that he'd at least allow me to apologize for what I've done." Abigail's mood had been down lately as her son remained distant and unresponsive. She longed for a chance to make amends and hoped that Lennox would eventually find it in his heart to allow her to apologize and rebuild their relationship.

Abigail couldn't help but feel a deep regret for her past actions, realizing the pain she had caused her son and yearning for a chance to show him how much she had regretted hurting him. 

"Give him some time, Mom. It hasn't been easy for Lennox these past few days. I know he's trying to keep himself busy at work to distract himself. I know he'll come to talk to you once he's ready." Adrienne tried to reassure her mother-in-law.

Abigail nodded, her eyes welling up with tears. She understood that Lennox needed space and time to process everything that had happened.
