It was morning, and he knew he should be preparing for training at the IHPS building. However, his head throbbed relentlessly, and nausea churned in his stomach.

Sweat drenched his body, and Suga could feel his pajamas sticking uncomfortably to his skin. The heat was stifling, and he so badly wanted to plunge his overheated body into a tub of cold water. However, his energy was sapped, leaving him with no choice but to massage his throbbing head and close his eyes once more.
