I could still feel his lips on mine, the gentle press against mine before I could even act, it was like he sealed more than a kiss on my lips and I could strangely feel it… the weird sensation coursing through my blood. Even as I traced them with my fingers, I couldn't help the shudders that brewed within me, my eyes staring back at me, watching myself through the mirror as I reminisced a dream.

But it didn't feel like a dream, it felt far too real because I still vividly recalled walking out of my chambers, feeling the cold from the night air, his gentle voice to my ears, his touch as he rubbed against my birthmark as he told me it belonged to him.

At that thought I turned, pulling down the top of my gown to expose my upper shoulder where my mark lay. I gulped, setting my eyes on it.
