 Those words came out so cold like I had just been asked an abominable question. Well, who could blame me? There was not a female out there that wouldn't think the same way. 

The next second, Seth moved further away with that expressionless face.

"That's my brother's job. His job is to love you, care for you and treat you better than any male could. While your job is to love me, and also care for me." 

". . ." My job? How? 

Before I could process those words, Seth closed in on the distance between us, practically leaving no distance between us. He stared at me with a suffocating glare as his shallow breath was still brushing against my face.
