With the One World Government now in agreement, Wolfe turned his attention to the smaller nations of his continent, starting on the West Coast with Ingny, a tiny coastal nation made up of hippies. 

Traditionalist Witches and allies, they would call themselves, but their entire nation was one big communal farm operating on primitive hand tools when the guardians arrived and helped them modernize just enough that they wouldn't be embarrassed to tell people what territory they picked.

Now the two guardians worked as a team and part of the management council that kept things running.

Their only known export was narcotics into the Free Covens, and they weren't known to import anything, or even willingly interact with outsiders, so Wolfe was cure that it would be a bit of a shock that they were invited.
