Nicklaus picked Arissa's throw pillow from the floor and placed it in order. He spent his evening after work making sure that her room looked neat. 

He arranged every corner of it and took the flowers and candles away. The whole house had already been cleaned by the staff but he decided to arrange her bedroom himself. 

Done arranging her bed and the whole room, he took one sip from his glass of wine on her mini table and laid down on her bed. He filled his nose with her scent. He held onto her pillow and wondered how tonight would be for him without her. 

Grabbing his phone from her lampstand, he swiped through. About to give her a call, Daniel call came in first.
