Liliana grabbed the thermal bag sitting on the backseat before opening the car door. She also didn't forget the handbag.

Mr. Chi glanced at her with the same easy-going smile on his lips.

"I hope your friend's mother recovers quickly, Fourth Young Miss."

Smiling faintly, Liliana nodded, "I hope so too."

Liliana stepped out of the car, her calf-length pleated skirt slightly twirled around her legs. She waved at Mr. Chi before heading to the lobby of the hospital. The car swiftly left the porch.

"He should be in the ICU area, right?" murmured Liliana while glancing at her wristwatch.

Eight in the morning was still so early but, she was already here. The visiting hours had yet to start.
