Finding himself back in his room, Adryan only put a hand to his face and scratched his eyes.
'The talk with Will was completely worth it' thought the redhead satisfied, who began to count the benefits of having talked to the snake.
'The most important one is undoubtedly the fact that the aura of disasters I'm expelling is hidden by something, is this the hand of the Goddess? But I never had any kind of contact with any sacred artifact related to 'Her'?'
Trying to think of how it was possible a possibility arose in Adryan's mind who could only grunt.
'Or is this done by the bastard who brought me here?
So that the Gods do not find me and I can grow strong for their resurrection?
But that doesn't explain how I haven't died or been corrupted by all the knowledge I have.....'
Sensing his spirituality that was warning him, Adryan stopped thinking about that topic and switched to another.
'The aura of the City of Calamities unlike the aura of the Sefira Castle must not be contained or controlled?
Now that I think about it, it makes a lot of sense, the City of Calamities has the authority of disasters and destruction, if I tried to contain that aura, the only thing I would do would be to cause a major disaster when I am no longer capable of doing so, just like Will said' while thinking that Adryan got up from his bed and leaving his room he went to the kitchen.
Opening a cabinet he took out a pot which was filled with milk and placed it on the grill and lit the fire with a match.
He still feel watched so he didn't plan to use his ability with fire yet....
While doing so he opened another cabinet and took out a cup of powdered coffee and an empty cup.
'Will said that only by becoming an angel would I be able to lessen the damage I caused,It should be because my connection to the City would be much deeper.....'
The redhead felt a sensation of Deja vu and the image of the Colosseum covered in fire came to his mind so vividly that he thought he was standing in front of it again and the ravings he heard that almost killed him would appear again.
*CRASH*
The empty cup he was holding slipped from his hand and fell to the floor breaking into pieces but thanks to this the image that Adryan saw of the Colosseum disappeared.
Out of habit he knelt down and started picking up the pieces of the broken cup while his face was pale,his hands trembled slightly and his breathing had become rapid and his pupils had shrunk.
'What the fuck was that?!!'
'Why the fuck did I think of that damn Colosseum now of all times?!!'
Just before he reached for another piece of the cup, Adryan's hand froze and his eyes widened.
'Angel.....Angel....I said that I would only go near that Colosseum again when I turned into an angel...'A feeling of emptiness covered Adryan...
'I will only be able to minimize the damage caused by the aura of the City of Calamities when I become an angel...' the tremor in his hands intensified and Adryan just lowered his hands to the ground as well as he lowered his head.
'Becoming an angel is directly connected to that Colosseum....'
'What the fuck is inside....'
Taking several deep breaths, Adryan picked up the pieces of the cup as quickly as he could and tossed them into the trash, then grabbing some rags he removed the pot of hot milk from the fire which he blew out.
Placing the pot on one side, the redhead took out another cup, his hands were still shaking...
Pouring the hot milk into the cup he grabbed the coffee powder and with a spoon he put 2 tablespoons into the cup and began to mix.
'The two things are certainly connected but isn't this a huge coincidence? This is already ridiculous,the paranoid would never write a script as exaggerated as this,is not like he can influence the City of Calamities.... Is my luck that bad?'
Looking at the milk and seeing that it took on the color the redhead was looking for, he grabbed the container where he kept the sugar and placed 4 tablespoons in the milk and began to mix again.
He had always been someone of sweet things, coffee would not be the exception...
'This can't be the work of anyone other than the bastard who brought me here, how else is this possible?' The redhead stopped mixing and grabbing the cup he picked it up but his hands were still shaking so he could just put the cup back on the table if he didn't want to make a mess.
Leaning against the table, Adryan could only take several breaths, then close his eyes and meditate to try to calm down.
He had managed to calm down a bit enough for him to at least grab the cup and drink some of the coffee which calmed him down a bit more.
Giving a weak sigh, Adryan sat down at the table and placed both arms on the table and held his forehead with his hands.
'Will I have no choice but to explore that place as soon as I become an angel?'
'At least that's still a long way off and I can prepare myself for whatever's inside…' Taking a big sip of the coffee, Adryan looked down at the half-filled cup.
'I just hope I'm ready when the time comes.....'
With that thought, the redhead drank the last of his coffee.
'Provoker has been completely digested, now only Hunter and Pyromaniac remain....'
章節 135: Chapter 54:They are free
Placing everything he used to wash later, Adryan first went to the bathroom, entering and closing the door, the redhead took off the suit he was wearing and put it in the big bag that the fire soldier had left.
Then he grabbed the clothes that were neatly folded on top of the sink and put them on.
Now Adryan was wearing a white shirt and black pants along with his boots, the metal bottle with the wine was now in his back pocket.
Before leaving he grabbed his left shoe and moving the sole revealed a hidden compartment he had created and inside was the Burnt Band.
Putting the Burnt Band in his pocket, he placed the shoe in the bag along with the suit.
Grabbing the bag, the redhead left the bathroom and went to his room, keeping the bag inside his closet. Adryan sat on his bed and looked at the floor.
'This week was chaotic,' the redhead thought tiredly as he rubbed his eyes.
'I wonder what kind of jobs Will has lined up for me, I just hope it's not something ridiculous'
Remembering the snake, Adryan couldn't help but growl as he plopped down on his bed and stared up at the ceiling.
'I couldn't even ask him why he personally handed me the origami..'
Sighing again, Adryan just lay back down and covered himself with the sheet.
After that vision of the Colosseum, the last thing he wanted to do was to go out or enter the Sefirot, so he decided to sleep more.
'This reminds me of when I finally got to sleep after preparing for 23 hours for my Construction III exhibition'
Remembering that time that his blood was more black than red,because of all the coffee he drank,he couldn't help but let out a weak laugh.
'If there is something that I do not miss from home, it is that bastard professor'
While he was thinking that, the redhead closed his eyes again and this time he slept, not disturbing a young snake that was still growing.

"Seriously, he's a sleepyhead, I don't know how he maintains that body if he only sleeps" Alicia said somewhat annoyed as she watched through her binoculars how the redhead had gone to bed again.
"I mean, it's only 5:30 p.m?" she spoke again as she shifted his gaze to Kevin who shrugged.
"I'm not the one to talk about sleep, remember?"he said obviously causing Alicia to bite her lip and shoot him a look before looking back through the binoculars at Adryan.
"How long do we have to go on with this?" Alicia said tiredly while touching her disheveled hair, she needed a hairdresser and soon.
"Actually it's over" said a familiar voice behind them surprising them and turning around they saw their Captain Watson always with his mid-height hat.
The first to react was Alicia who had a huge smile.
"We're free?"the woman asked hopefully while Kevin just sighed in relief.
"Yes you are, I came to look for you to take you to the church" Watson answered calmly while internally sighing.
'Maybe I was a little harsh with the punishment I gave them,' the man thought somewhat embarrassed but Alicia and Kevin didn't notice this because they were both too busy celebrating in their own way.
'Finally my beauty sleep!! Thanks Goddess!!'The woman thought with great joy as she touched her chest four times counterclockwise, drawing the symbol of the Goddess.
'Finally my dates won't keep being late!!!'Kevin finally thought relieved as he also touched his chest four times counterclockwise.
Seeing how happy the duo was, Watson only had a small smile as he shifted his gaze to where Adryan was sleeping and his smile disappeared.
'Did nothing really happen in all this time?' the man thought seriously as he looked at the redhead's room.
The investigation related to Adryan Kenway had ended a few days ago due to what happened on Tuesday night.
The target he had named Shadow Man but whose 'real' name was James Holmes had visited all three churches and left behind a package of dangerous information.
The Black Skull was a gang that believed in the Dark Side of the Universe and performed devil rituals and that their leader Joseph was a Sequence 6 Devil, at first the information had been taken as a provocation due to how it had been delivered.
With personally visiting a Church of the Evernight Goddess and scaring the hell out of a caretaker, attacking a bar that was a cover for the Machinery Hivemind, and finally breaking a stained glass window of a Church of the Lord of Storms....
The Punishers were the ones who took it the worst and were also the first to investigate the gang to try to find this James Holmes.
What they found in one of the gang's bases confirmed the information given by James Holmes ,but he prefers to be called Mr.Holmes, and this caused the three churches to send several teams to wipe the gang off the map and also sent their elite teams to hunt down Joseph.
Adryan Kenway was safe but Watson decided to have Alicia and Kevin keep cover just in case.
Letting out a sigh, Watson just adjusted his hat and shifting his gaze from Adryan to Alicia and Kevin who had finished putting everything away, he nodded at them.
"Let's go" he said as he walked towards the stairs and jumped down being seen by Alicia and Kevin who only sighed and with big bags on their backs they began to go down the stairs.
...
Inside the City of Calamities, the huge Colosseum surrounded by fire continued to tremble but no one would yet enter to discover what was locked inside.
And Adryan just continued to sleep peacefully....
