章節 78: Chapter 78:Adryan and Grievius vs Selena
Looking around, Adryan knew that the situation was rapidly worsening.
Various bodies with swollen necks and others impaled by ice stakes he could tell they were losing.
It was only a matter of time before the witches managed to kill the Punishers and Nighthawks, the reinforcements didn't seem like they were going to arrive so the only thing Adryan could do now was run to where Grievius was fighting Selena.
If there was anything that could help reverse the outcome of this battle it would be the addition of a sequence 7 beyonder specialized in destruction and the best bet was to help Grievius defeat Selena as quickly as possible so they could help the rest.
Arriving where they were fighting, Adryan could see how the two of them, despite not being so injured, looked quite tired, he could even see how Grievius had the Hangover Time pocket watch in his hands.
They didn't seem to have noticed his presence due to being too focused on each other so Adryan decided to seize the opportunity.
Pointing the revolver at Selena he fired two quick shots.
Selena's Witch spirituality managed to warn her of the danger barely managing to dodge a bullet but the second one hit her in the shoulder.
Seeing that Adryan had arrived, Grievius could only give her a sharp smile as he formed a lance of fire and threw it at Selena.
She barely managed to use the wooden staff switch to dodge it and she threw an ice stake at Grievius who had used Distortion to make the stake hit the wall.
Selena turned to look at Adryan with cold eyes and seeing how he had a familiar glove on his right hand, she just let out a dark laugh.
"You have no idea what you've done"
Feeling the venom dripping from Selena's voice, Adryan decided to take advantage of this while pretending to adjust Robert's glove better.
"I wouldn't be so sure I think it suits me better"
At the redhead's words a vein jumped on Selena's forehead.
Now she was beginning to understand the hatred with which Robert spoke of this redhead.
She had never met someone she wanted so badly to castrate alive but the redhead was fast approaching that territory.
Seeing that Selena was just looking at him, Adryan chuckled as he spoke again.
"I know it looks great on me, there's no need to stare at me so longingly, but excuse me, I'm not interested in men in dresses."
Without thinking anymore, she rushed towards the redhead who fired two more shots with his revolver but these were easily dodged by Selena.
Arriving in front of the redhead, an ice dagger formed in his left hand while his left fist was engulfed in black fire.
Adryan right now was doing his best to dodge Selena's brutal attack who was not only using her arms but also using her legs and every kick that Adryan blocked left his arms shaking and numb.
Selena never lost sight of Grievius who had a fire lance in hand ready to throw but because she was so close to Adryan, the man did not dare to attack so she took full advantage of this by hardly ever separating too far from the redhead.
After dodging a kick and launching his own, Selena blocked it, holding his foot and raising her elbow high, lowering it with great speed and force with the intention of breaking the redhead's leg.
Adryan wasn't going to let this happen so he snapped his gloved fingers and was engulfed in flames before appearing 5 meters from where he was from a burning table while pointing his revolver at Selena and firing a shot.
Selena again had to dodge to the side but instead of dodging to the left like she wanted she jumped forward still in the path of the bullet that hit her on her left chest.
Shock filled Selena's face, she only saw how the redhead had a smile as he fired the last bullet from his revolver, hitting the center of the woman's forehead, killing her instantly.
Adryan felt like something inside him was completely digested, he could see how a light red dust appeared in his vision while he heard the annoying song of a turkey.
'Provokerr has been fully digested...' thought the redhead as he felt the feeling he had with Hunter again, only this time it was stronger.
Adryan turned to look at Grievius who was holding the Hangover Time in hand as hhe nodded at him.
While Adryan was distracting Selena with taunts, Grievius was waiting for the best moment to attack with a fire lance or use his artifact's abilities.
That moment came when Selena prepared to dodge Adryan's shot to the side, so he used Distort so that instead of her moving to the side she moved forward.
"Well done brat"
"Thank you old man..."
Before they could continue speaking the wind in the hall became much stronger so nodding to each other they quickly went to where the Punishers and Nighthawks were fighting the witches.
Arriving where the fight was going on, Adryan and Grievius could see how the place was much more destroyed and even one of the punishers from sequence 6 was lying on the ground and they could see how the man had managed to kill 2 of 4 witches before to faint.
The man was still alive because Adryan could see his chest rise and fall showing that he was still breathing.
The other Sequence 6 Punisher was fighting with some Nighthawks against the last 2 witches who had the upper hand as the man's attacks were getting weaker and weaker.
章節 79: Chapter 79:Humiliation
The two witches had no doubt seen better days their once elegant dresses were now very torn allowing one to see their delicate white legs.
The mission was too close to failure despite all the preparations that were made before it.
The surprise obstacle was undoubtedly the existence of that red-haired man who had managed to murder a witch causing multiple spare plans that depended on her to die along with her.
Right now they were trying to beat the last defense in order to complete the mission being to get rid of the 3 men in front of them.
But that became more difficult now that the redhead had arrived along with an older man who was sequence 7.
The only advantage they still had was the fact that they were all very tired, unlike the blonde woman who, despite being somewhat injured, still had a lot of strength in reserve along with her artifacts.
Wasting no more time and before the Sequence 7 man could attack the woman again unleashed a disease stronger than before engulfing everything within 50 meters.
And since Sequence Judge 6 had been one of the first to fall, she released her threads around her again, making an invisible trap.

Adryan could sense that something bad was already happening when he began to feel his body begin to heat up.
Realizing what the blonde woman was doing, Adryan wasn't going to let her succeed so he yelled loudly drawing everyone's attention to the battle.
"SHE IS RELEASING HER ILLNESS WE HAVE 3 MINUTES TO KILL HER BEFORE SHE DOES"
"Son of a bitch..." the blonde muttered under her breath as she looked at the annoying fly that kept ruining everything when it shouldn't be possible.
The punisher from sequence 6 could only nod while launching some wind attacks towards the women while one of the men behind him chanted again while the other fired with his revolver.
Grievius had his doubts at this moment but knowing that he had no time to waste he could only form other fire crows as he launched them towards the witches.
The blonde witch could only groan under her breath as she pulled a ring from her cleavage and placed it on her ring finger.
Seeing this, the other witch paled and quickly moved away from the blonde as she went in the direction of amber.
Not knowing what was going on, Adryan could only brace himself with his guard up ready to dodge whatever this blonde was throwing at him.
The revolver had run out of bullets so now it only served as a blunt weapon so Adryan could only wait.
Suddenly the smell of sulfur reached his nose while he could see how some horns came out of the blonde's forehead along with some raven wings on her back.
Her blonde hair was dyed black while her green eyes had turned yellow.
Adryan managed to recognize this transformation and had to meditate to keep his emotions from coming out.
The redhead out of sheer instinct threw himself to the ground, barely managing to dodge the ridiculously fast attack of the woman transformed into a demon.
But the 2 Nighthawks were not so lucky and were killed by the demon, one of them had his chest completely pierced while the other his head was torn from his chin to his right eyebrow.
The punisher let out a loud shout as he launched a powerful wind attack in the direction of the demon.
The demon woman dodged this and blue flames appeared on her back before rushing towards the punisher who couldn't do anything to dodge being hit squarely by the attack.
His body was left with multiple holes as if it were cheese and he collapsed on the ground.
These attacks continued and hit several places in the room, further destroying the place, the fire had already reached the ceiling.
Adryan didn't even know what to do as he watched all this but Grievius released a powerful fire lance that shone brightly but the woman just moved her body to the side dodging the attack.
Seeing this Grievius let out an empty laugh before a black arm went through his chest killing him.
Adryan could only watch this massacre go by as the demon slowly approached him.
A magma sword formed in the demon's right hand.
Feeling the great heat emanating from the sword, the redhead let out a defeated sigh as he went on guard.
'If I'm going to die at least let it be with my head held high.'
When he thought that, he rushed towards the demon woman who stood still waiting for the redhead's attack. When Adryan threw a jab at the demon woman's body, she grabbed his arm with her left hand while breaking it.
"GRRRRRR" Adryan just let out a very loud growl not giving this bitch the satisfaction of hearing him scream.
Looking into the yellow eyes of the woman, the redhead gave a weak laugh as he smiled.
"Co-Come on bitch give me your be-best sho-shot" Adryan groaned as he spit in the woman's face.
She showed a furious expression as with her increased strength and still holding onto the redhead, she began to slam him against the floor as if he were a pillow being thrown against the bed.
After 4 blows she released the arm of the redhead who had a lost look and his arms and legs were completely destroyed even his ribs went through his suit allowing one to see them.
But he was still alive and seeing this the woman just smiled madly as she raised the magma sword and pierced Adryan's chest with all her strength.
This caused the more than 2 meter sword to go completely through Adryan's body until it reached the hilt, pinning him to the ground.
After doing this, the woman took off the ring and fell to her knees while her eyes exploded as did her left arm and she returned to her human appearance, only her arms were still black like her hair.
"LET'S GO VANESA DO YOU HAVE THE OBJECTIVE"
"I GOT IT MARIA"
The witch who had moved away before the action brought the amber-covered monster to the blonde woman's side.
After doing that, she took out a silver charm from her cleavage and spoke in ancient hermes while touching the blonde woman and the amber-covered monster.
"TELEPORTATION"
Saying that, they disappeared and the sound of something breaking resounded throughout the room, causing the floor to collapse where Adryan's body, which no longer had the sword in his chest, leaving a huge hole, collapsed causing it to fall along with the body of Adryan. Grievius and of the Punishers and Nighthawks.
A wall fell down on the other side allowing the survivors to escape the burning mansion.
