"Too fast," Nian Yuyu whispered back, taking the initiative to link her arm through his, "Let's wait a bit longer."
Chu You fell silent, at first he wanted to give her a sense of security, but now he felt insecure himself.
After a few seconds, he finally responded, "I won't post our pictures."
Nian Yuyu's face lit up with joy, "You're the best."
Her pride was temporarily saved!
--
Back at Chunhua Garden, it was just past eleven o'clock.
Nian Yuyu glanced at her phone and saw a recent message from her mother inquiring about her whereabouts, giving Chu You an apologetic look.
"I need to go back first, I'll bring you some food later," she said.
"There're snack shops all along the road next to us, you can go grab something to eat first," he suggested.
"Okay," Chu You hooked his lip at her, "I'll wait for you."
Seeing him like this, Nian Yuyu felt even guiltier, impulsively thinking about bringing Chu You home as well.
