章節 44: Ava

I looked down at my fingers. Aiden had splinted them for me. I felt no more than a dull ache from my fingers. The older I got the less I felt my injuries. Now that I had been labeled as a Berserker I knew why. Eventually I would stop feeling injuries at all. "At least the childbirth will be easier," I said without thinking. Aiden looked at me with pity. 

"Your pain receptors?"

"Yeah. I can barely feel even an ache from them now."

Aiden looked at Aleksi, "You need to make sure she burns off the excess Adrenaline regularly. Make her fight, hunt, beat her, scar her, make her run laps. If you want to keep her healthy." I considered hitting him again. "Ava..." His eyes cut to me. Fucker. "You'll just break your other hand," he reminded me. So I kicked him. "Motherfucker! Ava!"

I laughed in victory. My brothers and mate sisters stared at me. "She is so violent with you," Ninit said.

I looked towards him. Aiden did too. We both shrugged.
