We desperately needed to talk alone. Aleksi however carried us both back inside the building. That, it seemed, was my answer. If I so desired I could return home but I would do so alone. I felt my annoyance beat at me. One should not air the dirty laundry for all to see. Or so I had been taught. Even so I stayed close to him. I had slammed my telepathic abilities back behind the heavy wall I had held in place for years. The wall that made me seem like every weak child ever born. Now that I had allowed my ability free for the last few days it felt like I had lost a limb. My head pounded from the pressure. I wanted to scream or cry. I want to let it be free. I wanted to cut it from me. This power was the reason for so many of my problems.
