After destroying the first base, the Avengers continued. Hydra knew the Avengers were going to destroy their bases, but the most they could do was abandon the bases. If they did that, it would take Hydra years to recover.

Hydra's leaders also noticed something strange. All the leaders of the Hydra bases had died, and none of them had surrendered as they had agreed to do after pretending to resist and causing chaos once captured.

It was obvious that the Avengers knew who the leaders were and didn't plan to spare them. Baron von Strucker was one of the leaders who planned to surrender and was killed by Jack as soon as the Avengers arrived at the base he guarded.

Nevertheless, Hydra's leaders were all crazy and loyal, so since they couldn't cause chaos after being captured, they would try to kill at least one of the Avengers in their next attacks.

Hydra knew they couldn't kill the stronger Avengers, but they thought it was possible to kill Black Widow or Falcon, who were normal humans. In the past, they might have succeeded, but now it was impossible for normal weapons to kill Natasha or Sam.

Only nuclear weapons or a large explosion that would destroy the entire Hydra base could kill Natasha and Sam, but Jack and Wanda were Avengers and would sense such explosive energy and protect everyone.

Thus, the Avengers continued to destroy one base after another. The governments of the world celebrated the fall of Hydra, as did Nick Fury. After almost two months in Russia, the Avengers finally eliminated the last Hydra base.

Certainly, Hydra wasn't finished, and they might have some bases in Africa or Asia. But Jack already thought that temporarily, this was enough. When Hydra recovered to attack again, Jack's strength would be much greater than it is currently.

The main goal of this mission for Jack was not really to destroy the Hydra bases but to make the Avengers a better team and he believed he had achieved that. In the future, when Jack had better control over his magic, he could use the Mind Stone to kill the remaining Hydra members in a second.

Jack threw a big party in Russia after the Avengers' last mission in the mansion they had been staying in for 2 months. All the Avengers who had been on missions for almost 4 months were now great friends. Jack was not as close to Rhodes, with whom he had less contact.

Jack was considered a leader for the team, and in big and general decisions, he would be the one commanding the team. But Jack didn't want all that work for himself and knew how to share leadership with Steve, who was capable. Now that Steve knew the strength of all the Avengers, he could lead the team well.

In the last missions of the Avengers against Hydra, Steve showed why he was Captain America. After gaining more strength, he was one of the most active heroes with his shield, which defied the laws of physics and was even deadlier now that Steve had more power.

"Avengers, I would like to congratulate all of you and say that with this mission, Hydra will not be able to interfere with our world for decades. We have made the world safe, and now let's hope the world no longer needs the Avengers," said Jack jokingly.

"Unfortunately, we know that may not be possible. The aliens will surely return to attack Earth. I don't know why they are so interested in Earth, but we will show them that this place is not defenseless," said Jack.

The Avengers celebrated and started drinking and having fun. They were all immune to getting drunk, but that only made everyone want to drink more to try to break that immunity.

Jack also talked with the Avengers and Natasha was always by his side. After months of missions, the two were dating and liking each other more and more. Natasha was different from Anna in the past and if anything got in the way of their relationship, it would be her insecurities.

"Nat, now that the missions are over, do you want to take a trip around the world with me? We can find some fun things to do with my portal-creating powers," said Jack.

"Sure, it'll be fun. I always knew of some places I wanted to visit on my travels around the world when I was a spy," said Natasha.

"Let's find those places then," said Jack, laughing.

Wanda saw this and became jealous. She, who always read Natasha's mind, now knew that she was increasingly in love with Jack. Wanda thought it was normal because Jack was a great boyfriend. Wanda didn't understand how love worked and thought Anna was crazy for breaking up with Jack.

Natasha, who was not only a talented spy but also a woman, had already noticed that Wanda liked Jack and was jealous of her. Natasha just felt happier because Jack had spent several months teaching Wanda, but still chose Natasha to date.

Jack created portals to send the Avengers back to their homes and went with Natasha to his apartment. Since Natasha lived in hotels, Jack invited her to live with him, and she accepted after practically living with him during the mission months.

When Jack talked about traveling the world with Natasha, he was referring to places beyond Earth. With the Time Stone with him and Jack training his own time magic, he gained the ability to slightly predict the future.

If this were another universe, Jack would already have this power and could know everything that would happen in infinite futures with the Time Stone, just like Stephen and the Ancient One did. But in this universe, it was very difficult to see the future because it was a different universe and had only one timeline.

But this made it harder to see the future because Jack was the center of this world with his power, and his decisions changed the future. What Jack was able to predict was that soon someone would take the copy of the Power Stone he left on Morag.

If this universe still followed what happened in the movies, which it should because it happened with the other Infinity Stones, then Peter Quill would take the Power Stone and the events of Guardians of the Galaxy would happen.
