Mikel had no idea what to make of that statement.

  He still had no idea who she was referring to, it could have been anyone, really.

"Now Harry is going to kill them all, because I will be here, rotting."

It sounded like she had given up, even after the burst of life she had just had. 

He didn't answer her, mostly because all of the strength he had found after the soldiers left was gone.

  For the first time in a long time, he wasn't hanging from the ceiling.

  He leaned his head back against the wall and fell asleep with Isla leaning heavily against him.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" a snide voice sneered. 

Mikel blinked his eyes open to find Harry staring down at them. 

Isla was already awake, a low rumble emitting from her small form.

"Shut up," the king snapped at her.

  "Chain her up and bring her to the arena."
