The light seeped through the grey curtains and and fell on the couple lying on the bed.

Abigail had her hands wrapped around Xavier's torso as she rubbed her head against his chest and snuggled closer. Xavier didn't move neither did he peel her hands off him, he just watched the girl as he listened to her little snore.

He had woke up earlier and noticed that she was hugging his body but he didn't want to wake her up not because he was being nice to her, but somehow he found this closeness soothing.

"Mmmmm" Abigail hummed as she rubbed her cheeks against his chest unaware of what she was doing.

Xavier looked down at her expression and saw the small smile on her lips, there was a loose hair strand that had fallen to her face and Xavier felt the urge to touch it. He resisted at first but he then gently picked the hair strand and took a whiff of her hair. He then took the hair strand behind her ear.
