Adrian had heard about the police visit to the company. He also learned that Christopher had been questioned.

He was enraged.

During his tenure as President of the company, cops had never entered the office building, let alone interrogated him or the employees. The fact that the police had come to the company was embarrassing for him. Furthermore, they questioned the employees and suspected Christopher of forcing Misha to commit suicide.

He was extremely angry with Christopher. He waved his hand and signaled the man in a black suit, who had told him everything that happened in the office, to leave.

The man bowed and left.

Adrian stormed into his bedroom.

Gloria stopped whatever she was doing and went up to him.

His dark face worried her.

"Is everything okay?" she asked, terrified that he was mad at Christopher again.
