Chapter Twenty-One

“Senja,” Owen says with care in his voice as he tenses under my hand. I can feel his body warming under my touch and bringing heat to my flesh as well. I can feel my stomach start to quake and shiver as we enter my room.

“Just shut up and take care of me,” I say quickly, as I pull down my skirt. His eyes widen as I see a slight bit of drool start at the corner of his lips. My entire core quakes as I picture pulling his pants off so we can match.

“Senja,” He breathes, his arms strained as he tries to control himself.

Sheer desire is pulsing through me and makes my legs feel like jelly. “Owen, I need you,” I say as I back towards my bed, holding my hand out. “Don’t leave. I need you to come to my bed with me. Please, I need you to work your magic on me.”

“Senja…” Owen moans with very conflicting emotions showing. His face and lower head are obviously fighting it out.
