"What?" Gabriel looked baffled and glanced at me patting a little on my waist and asking me to get up from his lap, I obliged, but I had to listen to the conversation.

I stood by the door listening to him, and hearing him talk, it was clear, the conversation was not going quite well. I wanted to listen more but he moved away trying to be alone.

But I had to listen, no matter what, so I faked walking away from him, and stood by the door, trying to understand what was happening that made him make me move.

"What do you mean you couldn't stop him?" He snapped at the person over the call, this really was getting out of hand "And why am I listening to it just now? What were the others doing when this all happened?" He sounded really angry, I moved a little peeping a little, just a little, and noticed him hitting the balcony railing with his clenched fist.
