CHAPTER 162 

Everyone became alert immediately as all eyes swept straight to Miles.

With shock evident in their eyes, Elliot and Gale, the second man watched vines rush at their companion and wrap around him tightly. 

As painful as that was, it still did not make Miles scream. What had gotten him shouting was the wicked vine that pierced through his side fast. 

His teeth clenched obviously suffering from pain as blood stained his shirt. 

SWOOSH!

Their eyes followed that very angry vine and watched it lift in the air, ready to strike its next target.

"Bloody hell!" Gale exclaimed when his eyes returned to Miles and saw him being strung on the ground. 

Quickly, Elliot snapped his head in Pearl's direction. He snarled at her, allowing his anger to reel out in a great proportion, leaving him panting.
