Perseus POV

I don't know where I am, but it's similar to the times of me being in a dream, except this time, I can't interact with anything while my ability to lucid dream didn't help either.

My body is see-through, and as I looked around, I can see myself in the facility of the project. But this time, I can see a lot of bloodstains and corpses with these groups of soldiers raiding the place in a lot of different groups.

They got their rifle out and went in every path with high caution.

"Man, I'm surprised that they don't just bomb this place, we wouldn't have to come clean up." Soldier #1 said aloud to his group.

"Some will survive the explosion, you know that." Soldier #2 responded.

"Still better than letting all these monsters survive." Soldier #3 grumbled under his breath.

"Yeah, what use can these mentally broken 'projects have?" Soldier #1 agreed, "Extinction? Apocalypse? I don't agree with what these guys did, but there are just somethings beyond man's control, kill it while you have the chance."

"We're ordered to capture these projects and any leftover of those so-called researchers alive." Soldier #2 responded.

"Wouldn't it be better to just destroy this base?" Soldier #4 suggested, "What's the point in keeping these guys alive if we already got several people of their top brass?"

These guys talk a lot, you're supposed to be stealthy and shit, but whatever, this is a fictional story, these extras are here for a chapter or less, might as well give em screen time even if they're stupid in the process.

"Simple, you know those extinction classes?" Soldier #2 countered, "Based on one file I read, project Typhon, he's strong enough to endure an atomic bomb or 2, heck even a hydrogen bomb, this facility is the only thing keeping guys on those levels secured and safe from the civilians, if we destroy this base, they survive and go wild...well, I'm not curious enough to experience fighting a guy these cretins identify strong enough to cause an extinction."

They then approach a very familiar part of the facility and they then look through the small peeking window of the door and carefully entered the room after unlocking it with a staff ID.

Inside the room was this control room, and a familiar one-sided viewing window, and they were looking at the younger me sleeping in that room that is filled with sleeping gas.

"Apocalypse class?! That little kid?!" Soldier #3 exclaimed as he went through the computer, "The ability to shapeshift into anything and anyone, the ability to kill someone with just eye contact...what the..."

"Must be kept asleep if not needed for experiments, only 2 hours a day is the subject allowed to be freely awake for minimal mental stability..." Soldier #4 read, "These guys really are messed up, shit, this kid is being used to make elite assassins, look at this, he got the ability to project illusions that can feel solid and indistinguishable from the real thing, and strongest ability can be used to take over a city in less than 10 hours."

Man, I really wanna break myself out right now, but I can't do anything except watch over my past, this is the time when they carry out all the raids on almost everyone of the project's base, I'm in the most secured one.

But after that, I woke back up in reality again, my vision kept switching between reality and staring into the multiverse, one really freaked me out cuz I see a me with purple eyes.

He was playing with whom I assumed would be his daughter and pet cat, but what scared me was him then staring in my direction.

"Aya, I'm enjoying my private time here, I'm not looking for a multiversal collab, shoo." he said and waved his hand as my vision changed again.

Bruh, he can see me with just his eyes, what lucky universe is that, I wanna be overpowered too.

"Yo." A familiar voice greeted me and patted my shoulder.

I turned to see Ruka.

"You're not the only one experiencing visions." she said.

"What? Who else is? I thought that only a person who traveled across worlds can see those visions, and they first gotta be the one using this piece of crap. Is it Leilah or the children?"

"Good guess, but it's your little brother."

"Shit, why didn't you tell me that from the get-go?! I'll go right now."

I had to abandon the time traveling device and store it in my storage spell for now, I need to power it up continuously, so now I gotta restart, but my younger brother takes precedence over time-traveling

Maple could ease his pain, but even then, they said that he kept muttering visions of seeing him talking with a boy.

"Orion, you've seen this before?"

"No, this is the first that I've heard of it." he shook his head, "I've had visions, but that's only when I activate it, and it was really brief."

"Where's your mother?"

"Something about going out to release her stress a bit, that's all she told me to tell you if I was asked."

"Back to Vince, what did he see?"

He then turned to Asher, who opened up a notebook and repeated everything they heard Vince say.

"Uh Dad, what's wrong? You're unhealthily pale." Asher asked, "It's hard to tell when you're pale due to your skin color usually, but..."

Needle, case, boy...it can't be...

I then read the notebook myself to confirm, and since he was okay for now, I excused myself and went to Leilah, she took the shift of maintaining the enchantments of hiding what I was doing after Lilith went away.

I told her what happened and the realization hit her as well.

"Look either I'm seriously reaching here, but...Vince is either just coincidentally able to see through Lucifer's eyes...or an even more absurd possibility..."

"He's the reincarnation of Lucifer." she finished my sentence.
