Now a panel appears in front of me. It was so webnovel-system-like. There could be seen as a notification of a standard system stereotypy. Though, it somewhat resembles an operational system from a computer, but in a very minimalistic setting.

After I read and processed this information; the interface was automatically initialized.

In some strange way I could "see" this chaos, it went through trillions of colors, so different and far apart. Sometimes it was transparent, some of which makes me doubt if they were real.
It has an unpredictable cycle that seems to pass through hate, love, aggressiveness, peacefulness, hopeness, hopelessness, insecure security, self-destructive order, a lot of combinations, oppositions, paradoxical unions, perfect logic, and unlogic.
It got noisy silence sounds that were unhearable heard; odorless odors, that were pretty much seemingly fragrant, and pretty chaotic.
It activated senses that I never heard of, with me gaining senses, two and a half, sixth, seventh, billionth, real and imaginary senses; and many more unknown senses. It was undescribable.
It appears like an eternal entropy that goes and stays, parts ways and returns, and reverses completely, stopping and ongoing.
First I look through the question mark button, receiving the following description of the place right now:

As I ascertained, the universal tax is a one-time tax, that mortals that become universe creators must pay to their original universe's owner.
Then, I "clicked" on the setting of current items and the panel had this change:

Then I "clicked" on the question mark button for the seed item. The result was:

I chose to read the guide. It helped me to understand better, how exactly am I supposed to create a whole fucking universe and some basic knowledge about the multiverse.
The process was ridiculously easy and somewhat complicated at the same time. It was complicated because the process requires well-thought planning, and can in no way be undone, and to guide one train of thought orderly.
Easy, because it does not requires much of profound knowledge of what forms a universe or complete comprehension of the laws of physic, like, for example, understanding the supposed theory of everything, that not even scientists in my previous universe have been able to perfect yet.
It is important to note that these laws can vary a lot depending on what type of universe one wants to make like a pure science one, or one with magic, or qi... And that is what defines what a universe is. At least, the kind of universe I am talking about here.
One universe may be big enough to contain a whole lot of pseudo universes, being in itself a pseudo multiverse.
Pseudo multiverses are a group of pseudos universes where all its "universes" follow the same law in the end.
This makes them a pseudo-universe, because, in fact, they are only a fraction of a universe, that may mistakenly be taken as a whole universe.
Now back to the main topic, the process is as followed: first I have to think about the type of universe I want; second I must think of the general structure, like having an extra-dimensional afterlife, or a separated dimension for the gods, or even an extradimensional membrane that "flattens" an eleventh-dimensional space, in a space with mere three perceptible physical dimensions; third think about this exact description with the soul in contact with the multiverse order seed.
After completing these steps, I will get something called the power of creation that will have a certain aspect.
The power of creation is something that works both as a superior form of mana, with the potential of creating practically everything, and a divinity.
The aspect of the power of creation works like the domain of a divinity and a mana affinity, making it easy and intuitive for a creator to create things related to it.
For example, if a creator has the power of creation with the aspect of time/space he might find it very simple and natural to make very complex and convolusionated structures, while other things, he will need to learn how to create by trial and error.
This power is fundamental for my new job because according to the guide a multiversal-order seed is a very rare and expensive item.
I cannot use it every time I want to make something for myself or for the universe.
And as the name of my job entails, my job does not end after making the general structure of the universe. I have to complete other "missions" with it. Some are obligatory, like the creation of life and rational life.
Others are optional and may vary depending on the type of universe created: like creating gods, having a civilization capable of interstellar or interdimensional travel, and many others.
And obviously, I have to ensure that my universe does not get completely destroyed. Though it seems there is no lurking danger where I am, I think I should take some precautions.
I followed the steps one by one and then it manifested. An art masterpiece, as I will probably call it a lot, my first universe.
