The Kobold elite returned to Ayo after killing two Kobold guards. It was a job well done. 

Ayo sighed and caressed his jaw. 

'No matter how much I think about it. I just seem stuck. There is no way, there is nothing I can do to take these kobolds out. There are just too many uncertainties. I don't know the numbers I'm dealing with. I don't know their strength and weaknesses. What is the chance that Tipsy would be able to survive a confrontation with one of its kind.'

He was right, there were too many variables... too many for him to venture into such danger. 

He still wasn't sure if real death awaited him should he die inside the tower. 

Nothing kills a man to be careful. Especially, now that he is as weak as a rat. 

Ayo shook his head at his helpless state. Wishing and longing for his glory days. 

'If I had my skills, I'd probably burst into their den without thinking.'
