"Let go!"  Marx barked at her.

Fiona froze for a second before letting go.  Marx's callousness hurt her.  He used to be cold but at least he still treated her civilly.  But now he was treating her like she was trash.  She walked around the table and stood in front of Marx.

She leaned forward and the deep V of her dress displayed her fair skin and cleavage.  "Why are you treating me like this?  Am I not your fiancee?  Why are you so cold and harsh to me?"  Fiona was playing the pitiful card and at the same time, she was trying to seduce Marx with her beautiful body.

"I never agreed to be your fiance.  It was my father and my grandfather who made that arrangement with your family.  I told you before that I do not love you and I cannot love you."  Marx was indifferent.
