She massages her temples gently as she walked back to her desk and grabs a stick. She lits it with the yellow lighter in front of her and stuffed it between her lips.

She felt disengaged from her work and other thoughts except the thought of Haoran.

She remember clearly that she had warned him that night to not step into the office of Zhi Ruo, no matter what. If Bella had not sent a message through the file given to her by Sheng, anything could have happened to Haoran.
