Feeling like the cobwebs in his mind have been removed, Hiroshi once again sat down and went through all the memories that he had just remembered/unlocked. As he kept going through all the memories another common theme stuck out to him, he didn't remember all the memories from his day-to-day activities, but Hiroshi felt like he now almost remembered all the books he had ever read, well at least in this life.
'Forget about that... what would happen if I had read through high-end knowledge regarding some jutsu or seals or chakra theory, will my mind brain not remember that just because my memory stat is not enough so technically I shouldn't recall it...'
As the unsettling thought settled in Hiroshi's mind he stared at the upgrade button in front of the memory stat, he did not like not knowing things, having his memory searched by a Yamanaka was an earlier nightmare of his but now seeing that there is a possibility of him not knowing things that he reads just feels more alien and threatening.
'B-grade... ... let's upgrade Memory to B-grade at least...'
Hiroshi clicked on the upgrade button 3 more times, and this time no headaches came, no memory popped up like before. So he just focused on the stat upgrading and the message popping before he clicked to upgrade again.

Hiroshi looked at the remaining points, and decided to go on a killing spree, it took him just a couple of minutes to reduce 42,600 to 600, but in the end, both his actual stats and hidden stats looked more like they should after 2 yrs of constant training.

Hiroshi sighed, the simulation reward he got this time was one of the highest he could get as a jounin, and it took him 3 mins to burn it away, plus unless he could get a jounin evaluation again, and looking at his current stats there is no way he could get that for another 2-3 simulations unless he tries to get Orochimaru's attention in the next simulations.
'The problem with that approach is that to get Orochimaru's attention I would need to get Orochimaru's attention in real life which was a no-no...'
Hiroshi recalled that Kabuto met with Ren and they talked before they both approached him to form a team after about 34 days had passed in the simulation, there was a 25 days cooldown, and unless he could show enough improvement in the 9 days in the next simulation then everything would be different again.
'Maybe I could seek out Orochimaru?'
Hiroshi winced at that particular thought before he shook his head, worried about possible futures was meaningless, he was already different that the last simulation, plus with the randomness of the trait drawn there was no knowing what he had to survive.
Speaking of traits, with 5 simulations gone he still couldn't figure out the reason behind the ratings that he got, he got everything from a D- to an A+ but the difference in time survived wasn't that much different in a lot of them, he had 3 simulations around 100 days but the rating varied, maybe it was based on the strength gained it was the closest he could guess.
~Tap~
Hiroshi woke up from his daze instantly, he looked back towards Tora's tent and watched him standing at the entrance, right after he woke up Hiroshi had placed a couple of dry twigs hidden into the entrance of Tora's tent. His eyes locked with Tora's as they looked at each other with emotionless eyes, the blank look on Tora's face melted into a nervous chuckle as he laughed it off, but Hiroshi could easily see the tightening of his shoulder muscles as if he was ready for a fight.
"Hey... morning Hiroshi! I slept a little too much yesterday, you keep watch I'll go hunt something, we are far from the border now so we can cook on the fire."
Hiroshi was confused as he saw Tora leave, his stance was still tense and he knew that the pretense between them was gone, maybe Tora thought Hiroshi didn't know anything before, but his trapping Tora's door to be a makeshift alarm definitely broke a silent agreement.
'So I didn't do anything like this in the simulation I think, then that means nothing moving forward is guaranteed... I need to at least be alert till we reach Konoha.'
The Bad thing about knowing only one version of a possible future is that it isn't the future that would end up happening, Hiroshi thought about it some more before he lit a fire.
'At least I won't have to eat protein bars...'

AN- Due to popular demand, and repeated comments about the chapters being too short, sadly I have decided to upgrade the amount of words per chapter from 1k to 1.5-2k words per chapter...
Though since I have already written till chapter 36 before today, this new word limit will be effective from chapter 37.
