章節 179: Please Tell Me You Didn't Marry Her

Lena had just finished testing a new weapons that attached to your hand and released a shot of energy with a press of a button. Figuring out that your mission was particularly dangerous, she made sure to attach it to you gloves before you headed out.
"Don't forget to press the button! Please stay safe."
Lena yelled to you as you headed out of the building.
"I'll be safe!"
You yelled back.
Lionel just smiled and pulled Lena into a side hug.
"It's going to work Lena. Your projects always do."
She sighs and nods.
"I know, father. I just worry about her."

Watching the fight from the screen at the DEO, Lena and Lionel saw you, Supergirl, and Alex fighting a couple of Cadmus agents. They were confident it would be easy to take down but didn't take into account that they injected themselves with some type of serum that made them stronger. Each agent paired up with one of you to fight you. Lena anxiously watched as they kept landing hits on you.
You were taking quite a beating and so were Supergirl and Alex. If someone didn't do something, then this mission would be a total failure. Suddenly remembering Lena's weapon, you thought it wouldn't hurt to have a little fun before using it and got into the signature pose of Ryu, a man from Winn's video games.
Lionel watched in confusion as you posed. Never in his life, had he seen something like this.
"Uh...Lena? What is she doing?"
As soon as the man charges at you, you press the button.
"HAADOOUKEN!!"
The sight and sound is enough to distract the others, giving Alex and Supergirl an advantage to take them down.
"K.O. Motherfuckers!"
You yell at them.
Lionel and Lena are in shock after witnessing what happened. Lena, not so much. She knew how dorky you could get with new gear. Lionel was surprised to see an official DEO agent act like that.
"Please tell me you didn't marry her"
"I...married...her...father"
