Jeremiah blushed and paused a second, pursing his lips to keep from laughing.

Nym noticed and groaned covering her face but didn’t hide her wide smile “The blood tasted good, I’m a vampire come on! I can’t believe I didn’t hear that when I said it, I’m usually so good at innuendo.”

Jeremiah nodded a bit, laughing with her, “Yeah you are, it’s funny.” He paused before continuing, “Nymia I know you tend to be blunt, so I’ll be blunt. You’ve been angry at me on and off since the Nexus, and critical of me. I get it but…I just want to talk about that. Are we good?”

Nym looked down a bit sadly but grabbed one of his hands, which he allowed, and squeezed it gently “Yes, Jeremiah, we’re good. I was just so upset at the Nexus when you suggested we leave even though I wanted to help, and after what you said to the Goddess herself that you…”
