Of course, that visit was more than fruitful, not only allowing him to become Mystia's third disciple, but also allowed him to become the Guardian of the Mystic Plane. 

At the same time, he improved his control over Mystic Energy by leaps and bounds while also learning both alchemy and Mystic Rune Alchemy from none other than the Imperial Alchemist herself.
