After talking a bit more with Julian regarding the proposal and whether or not the two of them were ready to discuss it in the upcoming meeting, Valyr eventually shifted the topic of their conversation to something he felt he needed to address beforehand.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but the thing about the plot of land I bought is already sorted out, right?" asked the young man with slight curiosity.

"Pretty much." Julian nodded in response, opening up a rift before taking out a piece of parchment not long after. "There were a couple of obstacles here and there, but we got there in the end."

Receiving the parchment that was given to him, it went without saying that the young man looked at in detail.

Taking note of the various lines of text that were written on it, Valyr summed it up as basically a list of what he needed to keep in mind now that he was the owner of a plot of land within Algerie Kingdom.
