"Gol- Goldie?!", Mr Markell questions out loud in shock.

"Hahaha!…", Goldie cackles out loud in laughter.

"Yes, Dad. It's me.", she responds, biting into a delicious slice of bacon.

"How do you like my new look?"

"Yes, it sounds like you, but what happened to your hair? You look a little different… you're blonde now?

Is- is this okay?", questions Mr Markell, looking from Goldie to Becky, his wife who were just casually eating at the table like there was nothing off at all.

"It's her powers, Honey. She said she woke up that way.", responds Mrs Markell.

"I don't think it would be a problem. We can say she bleached it, or better still, that it is a side effect of her rare disease."

"I think it's better if I tell everyone I bleached it.", responds Goldie to her mother.
