The drive back home was quiet as Miguel thought of all the different ways that Gemma could have taken the abortion drug without knowing.

He turned to look at her and her eyes were puffy from crying.

Now he felt stupid for not believing her all these while. She has been telling him that she didn't try to abort the baby but he didn't listen.

When they got home, Gemma went straight to her bedroom. Miguel followed her.

"Where are your medications?" Miguel asked her.

"You still don't believe me when I say I didn't take that drug?" Gemma gasped in shock.

"No, that's not it," Miguel slowly shook his head as he started to search for her medications himself.

"I need to confirm it hasn't been..... Just show me the medications."

Gemma went to her bathroom and brought out her pregnancy medications.

"It's just prenatal vitamins," she said as Miguel took the medications from her and began to pour them out on the nightstand.
