"Who would have thought that Miguel would leave me for this?" Jane pointed her red long nails that looked like that of Dracula at Gemma, her voice conveying disdain. Her bright red lips which matched her dress were curled up in disdain as she sized Gemma up.

Gemma took a deep breath as she allowed the tune that was being played by an orchestra in a corner of the ballroom to calm her nerves. Whoever this Jane is, she is definitely trying to get under her skin and Gemma isn't going to allow her to succeed.

"And who are you?" She asked, her voice so cool she sounded unbothered.

Jane opened her mouth to say something but Gemma raised a finger to stop her. "No need, I already figured out who you are. One of the side pieces Miguel picked up from the streets and dropped when he got bored."

Jane's expression became furious. "How dare…"
