"You should learn to knock," he growled.

"I did," she responded in a low tone.

"And I didn't respond, what does that tell you?"

"I need to talk to you," she said.

"Your wife, this fight between you two, it isn't good for her condition, she…"

"She is going to be all right, and you on the other hand should learn to mind your business."

"I don't pay you to think, I employed you to cook, so if you don't want to be fired, you had better stick your nose in the business that pays you," Miguel snapped.
