“What the hell is wrong with them?!” Mina exclaimed as she stormed out of the Police Building. Hara and Vyn, who stood behind her, also had disappointed expressions. Unlike Mina, however, they didn’t express their anger and disappointment through action.
“They can’t give the key to us, and yet they are the ones pushing us!” Mina halted and shot a disdainful glare at the Police Building.
After finishing their class, they immediately headed to the Police Station to report their findings and requested the authorities to provide them with access to the sewer key. Unfortunately, the police were uncooperative, providing the excuse that there was no way the culprit was in the sewer because it had been sealed for an extended period and only authorized personnel could access it.
“Tsk! This is absurd,” Mina grumbled once more, kicking at the dust on the ground.
