The next day...
At the dining area of the Raevender manor in the Imperial Capital, some people were peacefully consuming their breakfast to fill up on the energy their bodies needed for the day. Some of them just had an all-nighter and burned significant amounts of calories after all.
Ceramics and silver created clinking sounds as the diners elegantly consumed their preferred meals. But not all the residents of the estate, excluding the servants, were joining the table.
The lady of the house, Mylene Raevender, was present, as were her wife and fiancee, Claire and Gabrielle, respectively. Their future daughters-in-law, Sophia and Mary, were also there. Recently, they had been insisting Mary join them at the table since she would eventually become part of the family.
