章節 2: Brought To A Strange Place
Now the two of them have arrived at Aditya's father's company. Many employees whisper that they don't like the girl walking beside their boss. That girl is Calista. Why don't they like Calista? He lifted the photo for a closer look. They took the photo on their first date five years ago. It was that first date that changed everything. From friendship to lovers. From just love for friends now turns into love for lovers. Unconsciously, Calista smiled a little, remembering it.
"Isn't it hard, Dit? We have been in a relationship for five years. Now? The reason why I always refuse your proposal? That's because you were never honest with me, Dit. I'm not angry, but more disappointed. You forgot our promise. But it's okay, I'm still waiting for your honesty." Calista said quietly then put the photo frame back on the table.
Then, when he pulled out Aditya's desk drawer, he found another photo.
"Beautiful. But still beautiful to me." Calista said again and put the photo back and closed the open desk drawer.
Then he walked over to the sofa in the room and sat playing on his cell phone. After waiting for almost an hour, Aditya finally finished. He also immediately changed clothes in the bathroom in the room. After that, he took his girlfriend for a walk at the lake.
"Yeah, let's go." Invite Aditya
Calista smiled as she nodded her head.
She holds Aditya's hand tightly, then walks out of the office.
"Come on," Callista said.
All the employees again watched them as they walked. Suddenly...
Bruck!
"Awww." Calista grimaced when an old man with two cups of coffee bumped into him
"Eca! You are okay?" Aditya asks, worried.
Calista looked annoyed at the old man, "Why did you hire this old man as an OB?! Already know he's old! Not working well!! Look at my fancy clothes getting dirty because of that coffee spill!! I don't want to know. You have to fire this old man right now!!" Upset Calista.
"B-but he has worked here for a long time. I can't just fire him, honey. Please understand." Aditya tries to persuade his lover not to ask him to fire Leo's uncle, who has worked for a long time, from his father, who was still alive until he died.
"If you don't want to obey my wishes, then we break up!!" Callista said while turning her face away
Aditya sighed, "Fine. I'll fire him. But don't just ask for a breakup. Aren't we almost engaged?" Say it.
"So fire that old man right now!" Callista said, annoyed
"Okay. I'm sorry, Uncle Leo, you have to stop working from now on. This is your salary." Final Aditya.
Calista smiled happily. "Let's go for a walk." Calista took Aditya's arm while the old man looked sadly at the money his boss gave him. The other employees feel sorry for Seto's uncle.
Calista and Aditya arrive at a place that Aditya had promised him. It turns out that the beautiful lake that Aditya is referring to is the lake where their love first blossomed. The lake makes them sure that the feeling is not just a feeling of love. But more to love.
"How? You like?" Aditya asked as he took Calista's hand and took her to sit at one of the empty tables there.
"Very. Turns out everything is still the same. It's just that now they always crowd this place with visitors." Say Calista.
"Right. Back when we came to this place, it was still empty of visitors." Said Aditya.
The two of them continued to talk while occasionally joking. They also ate the food they had brought with them earlier.
"I'll excuse myself. I need to go to the toilet." Say, Aditya.
"Do not be long," Callista said.
"Yes." Said Aditya while stroking his lover's hair
After Aditya's departure, Calista looked around at the visitors of the place. Until his eyes caught the figure of a small child screaming for help. The little boy almost drowned in the middle of the lake. His eyes widened at that, and her chest tightened at the sight. The little boy reminded him of his younger brother, who had drowned and was carried away by the swift waves.
No. Calista wouldn't let the little boy drown. Calista immediately took off her shoes and threw herself into the lake. The lake water was very shallow and Calista didn't care about all that, she just wanted the little boy to be safe. When Calista had caught the little boy's body, suddenly his legs felt cramped. Calista is still trying to bring the little child in her arms safely to the edge. She doesn't care about his life. As Calista was in the water for a long time and her breathing began to feel less, her grip on the child's body loosened and she slowly began to close her eyes.

The sun's rays began to try to penetrate through the retina of her eyes. Inevitably, Calista opened her eyes. It surprised her to see that he was now in a very foreign place to him. In front of it, there is a waterfall which, when exposed to the reflection of sunlight will look like giving off a beautiful blue light.
"Miss Xavia!" Calista frowned when she heard someone behind her. Xavia? Who is Xavia?
"Miss Xavia. Is that you?" That person seated himself beside Calista.
"You talking to me?" Ask Calista while pointing to herself
"It is true. Thank goodness you're still alive, miss." That person immediately hugged Calista.
"But my name is ma'am—you'd better go home soon. Your father and mother are very worried about you." Say that person.
Calista followed the steps of the woman in front of her. His eyes widened at what was in front of him, and his steps stopped for a moment. She had seen all of this in her sister's fairy tales before. This is one of the fantasy lands that his sister and he have loved since childhood.
She thought the country was just a myth. But it turns out that the country exists.
Calista smiled at seeing this country. This country is The Vriarealas Kingdom.
