With his influence and power, it would be easy for him to convince desperate and foolish people like the tied up man into believing they could actually liberate Hayside. He'd fund them with the proper equipments, words, and with little words he'd immediately be in control of their actions and thoughts. Wilson truly commended the man's thoughtfulness, but this wasn't the right way to handle these type of matters.
