"I could stay like this forever," Aláine breathed with a sigh of contentment.

I hadn't withdrawn but just adjusted my weight so I wouldn't crush her. I wanted to remain inside her for as long as I could. It felt as if she were made for me, and I had never felt this way with anyone else, just her.

This was the mate bond in action, ensuring that sex and love would never be as exquisite with anyone else. I knew that after this, I would never desire anyone else or want another woman sharing my bed or life.

Thinking about how tight she was around me and how I reacted to her juices flowing over me when she got aroused, I started getting hard again. And then there was her scent.

I revelled in her unique scent mixed with mine. Her scent drew me to her initially so that I could recognise her as my mate. Each mate had one. I wondered what my scent would smell like to her once she transformed into a werewolf.
