15 minutes later he was nearing the shore.
He got up out of the water and swung his head back to get the hair out of his eyes.
Syl walked over to the pink bunny towel he left for himself and started to dry himself off.
Someone approached him and noticed the dead 10 foot shark by his side.
"Fufufufu. Not bad, Syl-boy. Reminds me of when I used to hunt sharks." Koenji said as he looked at his nails.
Syl turned around. "So? Where's yours? We gotta see whose was bigger!"
"Fufufu. I recall telling you I was going fishing. My perfect self already ate my catch for dinner."
Syl looked over to see an empty campfire with multiple fish bones surrounding it.
"What?! I thought you were with me! Weren't we going to hunt sharks together?"
"Fufufu. I was going fishing. You just came to watch my perfect self catch food. I don't know why you decided to go hunting."
"Bah! That's boring! I wanted a hunting partner! Next time! We'll go after a bear next time!"
"That sounds interesting. You want me to teach you how to hunt a bear? I suppose I might be able to provide you with that service. Well, If I feel like it, then I'll guide you next time." Koenji said as he walked away into the night.
Syl lost his figure in the bushes after a minute, it was really dark out! And this was a forest! Even with enhanced sight he wasn't able to see everything!
Syl sighed. He kicked the shark. "What do I do with you now? My partner just ditched me to catch fish with his bare hands! Anyone can do that! I wanted to hunt a shark with someone!!"
Syl ignored the fact that hunting fish with your bare hands was insanely impressive! It was nearly impossible! Koneji was actually amazing for being able to do that!
It was probably just as hard, if not harder than catching a shark!
Sure a shark was more dangerous, but fish were more agile!
Syl shook his head in dismay before picking up the 300 pound shark without bothering to put his shirt on.
He trudged back to the class's camp site and set down the corpse.
Someone approached him. "Syl! You like totally missed role call! What happened?" Karuizawa asked, concerned.
Syl sighed. "My partner ditched me!"
"What are you talki- WHAT'S THAT?!" Karuizawa screamed when she saw the shark.
Syl pouted and crossed his arms. "They didn't have bears here so I found a shark, I thought that Koneji was gonna hunt with me but apparently he only went fishing. My partner ditched me!"
"No! What? That's not important! Are you alright? Did you get hurt anywhere? Wait, did you just say you hunted this yourself?! Nononononono, you're like lying right? That's impossible!" Karuizawa panicked and started checking Syl to make sure he was uninjured.
At this point the rest of the class started noticing the commotion and a crowd quickly gathered.
Syl sighed as his body was being checked for injuries. "I didn't really know what to do with it, so I brought it for dinner, it should save us a few class points."
Ibuki noticed this and her jaw dropped. "I knew you could fight! Did you really kill this thing yourself?! Fight me!"
Syl groaned in annoyance. "Why would I fight you?! I can't fight!"
"You're lying! I saw it in your eyes earlier! I'll never lose again!" Ibuki yelled.
"We never fought before! You just kicked me in the face for no reason! You're like a toddler! You just yell and scream until you get your way and don't listen to reason!" Syl called back.
"Wha- You bastard! I'll kill you!"
"See! You didn't even listen to what I just said!"
"Did too!"
"Then what did I say?" Syl asked.
"Uhh… it was… you called me a toddler!"
Syl sighed. "See, you can't even remember, you're more like a goldfish."
Ibuki didn't even understand what that meant but still got angry and charged at Syl.
"STOP!!!" Karuizawa screamed.
Ibuki didn't listen to her and attempted to kick Syl in the face again, only for her foot to be stopped by a large hand.
The man who caught her foot shook his head.
Syl sighed. [Thanks]
Albert nodded his head in acknowledgement.
"Like, what the fuck is wrong with you?! Go back to your own class, bitch!" Karuizawa yelled at Ibuki in annoyance.
Hirata showed up. "Now, now. Let's all calm down. I'm sure it's a misunderstanding."
Karuizawa scoffed. "What misunderstanding?! This bitch just showed up out of nowhere and acts like she's hot shit! Are you seriously taking her side, Hirata?!"
"I'm sure that there is a reason for all of this. Right, guys?" Hirata looked at the two class B students.
Albert shook his head. He looked disappointed.
Ibuki scowled. "I didn't do anything wrong. It's all HIS fault!" She pointed at Syl.
Karuizawa looked at Hirata accusingly. "They don't even have an excuse!"
Hirata started to sweat. "Okay, let's just take a deep breath, everyone is really stressed out being on this island."
Karuizawa was fuming. "I can't believe you! You said you would be there for me!"
Hirata continued to try and placate Karuizawa. "I can't just do everything for you, I need to help everyone in the class, you understand, right?"
"What class?! The bitch isn't in our class and she attacked Syl! OUR CLASSMATE!! He's our friend, Hirata! Who's this girl?! Some spy from class B? You're talking bullshit!" Karuizawa spat.
"She was attacked by her classmates. We can't just abandon her. Plus, Albert stopped her, and he's also from class B. They aren't spies, they need our help." Hirata replied.
Karuizawa nearly exploded on him again when Syl spoke up. "GUYS! I'm fine! It's all good. Let's just have some shark for dinner! Eh? How's that sound? Good right?"
"You guys have fun." Karuizawa huffed and walked away.
Hirata looked at her go and sighed. "Can you-"
"Sure." Syl responded.
Hirata nodded. "Thanks again."
Syl smiled. "No problem, whatever you need, man. I'm here for you."
Syl pat Hirata on the back and walked away.
