One of the survivors was tasked with tying the letter to a bird's leg and sending it off. The bird flew off into the distance, and they all watched as it disappeared into the horizon.

The survivors knew that it was only a matter of time before the Yaran army found them again. But they also knew that they had to stay strong and fight back against the invaders who had destroyed their home and killed their loved ones.

For Jue, it was a turning point in his life. He had seen the horrors of war, and he knew that he could no longer be a kid. He had to grow up and fight for his people, for his home, and for his own survival.
