Viktor took out the Renovation Token, explaining to the crazy Emma how it worked and she went into overdrive. She immediately started making calls to buy the abandoned property next door and before long it was done.
He handed the Token to Emma and yawned "Can you handle it, love? I'm really tired." Emma took the token and smiled happily, saying "Don't worry. I got this! You want the comic book and manga makers there too?"
Viktor nodded and said "Just make a basement for that, and a basement for training with all the facilities. Put in a gravity room like in Dragonball…" he listed all his requirements and discussed with Emma for another hour before going to sleep.
Emma immediately got to work and snapped the Token in half.
She uncontrollably flew into the air, looking down at the land they owned before starting to make changes.
It should be noted that Hell's Kitchen is essentially a lawless place so if you own the building, you own the land. The government is more than happy to let people make their own houses to enrich the environment and make it more attractive to live.
After all, living in a place with gangster after gangster is not too fun…
Emma waved her hands with great excitement as she willed things into existence. First, their house and the building next to it was demolished. Then a new building appeared. The clinic and home was separated but the clinic and the comic book store were attached together by a sky bridge.
There was a path under the sky bridge with little rocks fitted together that led to a beautiful 2 story home that Emma fantasized about in her dreams. There was a flower garden in the front, a peach tree with a little swing attached, a big backyard with a beautiful pool, and a metal fence around the entire compound.
There was even an electric password and retinal scanner at the gate!
The Clinic was remodeled to perfection with a clean but homey feel in the waiting room and dozens of rooms for various illnesses. There were even advanced machines that came from Emma's imagination.
If Viktor knew, he would probably ask what the use of his ability was with these machines around…
At any rate, Emma was unleashed and it was too late.
Under the clinic was a secret laboratory with all super advanced technology just in case Viktor suddenly wanted to research something, because her big bear was so amazing.
The sky bridge was made of glass and extremely beautiful, connecting the clinic to the comic shop. It had a roof on it that connected to another layer on top.
The comic shop had neat rows made of Ash and a fully automated checkout system. It was also very fancy and beautiful.
Under the comic shop was the creation basement with the same barrier as the gate to their house and the basement to the clinic. There were machines dedicated to creating comics and manga without the need for special paper at all, you just had to scan drawings and send them to the machines wirelessly and it would print however many copies you wanted!
On top of the comic shop and clinic was another few floors for their company affairs as well as a resting area and an area to entertain guests should they not want to bring them to their house.
Under the house was a huge training facility filled with various machines and rooms with different functions. There was a gravity room, an anti-gravity room, a fire room, ice room, etc.
Emma was off the rails, copying things from cultivation novels, anime, manga, everything she could get her hands on. There were punching machines that displayed the exact power of your strikes, machines for testing running speed, even telekinetic machines to test your mental power!
Maybe their house was ahead of today's technology by 1000 years…
But did Emma care about technological advancements?
Hah!
She quickly used finger guns at the land below.
Infinite water!
Infinite electricity!
Unlimited internet!
Indestructible!
She continued blasting upgrade after upgrade on the compound without end, doing everything her little heart desired.
She looked at her masterpiece from above and smiled in satisfaction with her hands on his hips before slamming her hands out.
Electronics flowed into the buildings and cameras appeared in various places.
The entire compound was ready to have the A.I from Tony put in!
She remembered something and added a room in their house. 2 tables, 6 monitors, 2, 10000 years ahead of this era, computer towers capable of computing faster than a quantum computer, along with 2 keyboards, and 2 mouses.
She dusted her hands and paused before blushing and waving her hand.
A baby room was added to the house.
She continued hesitating before everything she wanted was added.
Strangely, the house didn't look bloated and there weren't actually that many rooms. Only a master bedroom, a baby room, a guest/kid room, and a few bathrooms.
But there was a pool house, sauna, hot tub, ice bath, pool, slide…
In short, this was the most lowkey luxurious house ever made in the history of ever.
And the best of all!
It was free!
Emma laughed and clapped her hands together, ending the 'renovation'.
She was thrown from the sky back into the new house and slammed into the bed next to Viktor.
The bed didn't even squeak!
Emma blushed as she thought about how she made the bed invincible. The mattress was also self-cleaning and had automatic temperature adjusting that changed according to your preferences.
Although, she made it a sliver smaller than before so she and Viktor would be closer.
Though, it was still a big bed! They could each have their own space comfortably.
Viktor rolled over and muttered "I don't want doughnuts…" Emma blinked her eyes and sighed, stroking his head.
You don't have to eat doughnuts, big bear…
Emma jumped up and plugged in the A.I before making sure it didn't want to destroy the world.
She talked and adjusted it for 3 hours before finally finishing everything and going back to sleep. Emma dragged her tired body to the bed and took off her clothes, laying down in the bed, rolling over to Viktor and hugging him tightly.
She slowly fell asleep with a satisfied smile.
The next day...
