However, the identity of that mysterious entity remained shrouded in enigma, leaving her restless—of course, one could be sure that the entity's attitude towards Frost City-State was friendly. But as the guardian leader of this city-state, she had to look at things from a long-term perspective.
Any superior Transcendent being's gaze upon the mortal world is not without reason. In a sense, their "gaze" in itself is a disruption with substantial influence. How long more would that mysterious "Visitor" watch over this place? Would his prolonged stay here cast a long-term impact on Frost? Would the people living in the city-state change under this influence? Did the entity itself understand the impact? Or did it simply... not care?
