Ch 25: Rasengan

Minato though a bit surprised, quickly nodded. The fact that Rochen could see this in seconds proved that Rochen might really have a way to improve his new jutsu!

"Weel Minato, I think I know the key to making it last longer. Still, please wait awhile here as I will prepare the ingredients."

Rochen then went outside as he brought some water balloons and dough usually used for pizza.

Obviously, what Rochen said here was just bullshit. But the others were not as knowledgable about cooking to see through Rochen's lies.

Minato looked at his own hand in awe as it held and maintained the Rasengan.

He was astonished by the Rasengan, but he was even more astonished with Rochen. After over two years of developing that Jutsu without completing it, who would have thought that the jutsu was finally complete by a piece of advice from Rochen?

Rochen was also amazed by Minato's incredible talent. What took Naruto in the manga a whole week to barely learn took Minato only one sitting. Yes, Minato is the Justu's creator, but that takes nothing away from his talent.

"Rochen, thank you so much! I..."

" Don't sweat it, Minato. I'm really happy to help."

Rochen said with a smile as he held Minato from thanking him.

Minato was lost in words. This might be a small piece of advice for Rochen. But for him and Konoha, this was a new A-grade jutsu.

And for Rochen to not even ask him anything and just be happy for him, Minato unconsciously began to treat Rochen like a brother.

The group drank all night long as they cheered for Minato's completion of Rasengan and only stopped once they could not drink anymore.

A few days later, after staying in the village for a while, Minato once again went on a mission outside the village.
