Third person point of view [Sinui]
Sinui watched his brother who stepped into the only hall the Perfect Circle had access to in Nether Mount High, greeted by a parade of people and music. Halls were assigned first and foremost to the Three surface Factions, and then depending on the power level of the unofficial Factions, they would also be assigned halls of their own.
The Perfect Circle were quite powerful for a Faction underneath the official Factions. It could be recognized as one of the strongest unofficial Factions. They were also one of the few unofficial Factions that the school gave face and assigned a hall.

Merci_Douglas I initially created this chapter to make Sinui in the light of the secret watcher he has always been to his brother but as I read it I realize it was too similar to Chapter 61 and Sinui faded into the background too much, but it was too late to thoroughly edit it afterwards. I tried to fix it anyways and everything got worse, the chapter titles became mixed up? And this chapter looks crappier than the earlier version.
