The duo finally came to the end of the tunnel but another mind blowing experience took place. At the end of the cave was large door about a hundred meters wide and one thousand feet tall. It was no smaller than a mountain.
Surprisingly, at the entrance were five broad and bold words that could be read by anyone. The words emitted a strong aura of domination from them. It was different from the aura the palm strike exhibited when destroying the world. The duo found it difficult to breathe with this kind of aura the words were emitting .
'TEMPLE OF THE SACRED ARCHITECT '
The jade pendant tried to emit a grand aura but was quickly suppressed. Knowing how extra ordinary his jade pendant was yet was suppressed so easily. Futian smelt trouble. Ju-Hui never felt any better.
" Let's quickly leave." Ju-Hui said while turning to run back. Unfortunately things got even more complicated. The walls quickly fell down and a pile of large rocks blocked their way. Ju-Hui frowned.
She quickly drew her sword and emitted a fierce aura of an Early Consolidation realm expert and slashed fiercely with her sword.
A beautiful arc took form and a grand vibration of particles took place. Terror filled everything after the slash had been taken. The space shuttered slightly and a weird sound shook the area.
Clang!
The sound metal clashing on the rocks caused everyone to quickly close their ears. A spark was seen after the sword landed on the rock and snap the sword broke into two parts.
Ju-Hui could feel her hands numb from the impact. Her hands stared in disbelief. No one in this place knew what tier of the sword she had used better than her.
It was a three tier sword. The second hand sword of her father. Not many people in the Hei Empire possessed a three tier sword. Even finding a black Smith who met the requirements to make a three tier sword was even harder. The reason she could easily slaughter all the Skeletons was because of this sword and yet it was now broken. A rock caused a three tier sword to snap just like that.
Ju-Hui felt like the world was indeed going insane. Many things had stopped making sense the moment she entered this forbidden ground.
A four tier beast! A young boy with a godly cultivation speed! Skeletons with a weird aura! A world washing river that almost killed them! A strange waterfall! A strange battle with people against the gods! And now the current situation!
Which of these were normal? None! Nothing was normal!
" Ju-Hui! Ju-Hui! Ju-Hui!" Futian's shout awoke her from her thoughts.
" Keep your mind clear! You should make it out of here! Your father has great expectations for you. Do you hear me?"
Ju-Hui nodded as tears ran down her checks. Looking at young man before him. She couldn't help but mock herself.
If the fool could make it up to this time still alive. What about her? Who should be protecting who? Who should be comforting who?
Who should be more determined than her? Me
Who was her father? One of the most respected men of the Hei Empire.
Who was she? His daughter!
I have to live! I am the one who should be protecting everyone. If the gods want to fight me, so what! I will face them with no fear !That's the reason I am cultivating. I have to live! I have to get out of this place and that's final.
A strange aura burst forth from her as a majestic aura took over her body and the aura from the bold words quickly diminished and the doors opened revealing a grand hall.
" Let's head in." Ju-Hui asked as she quickly paced into the hall not waiting for his reply.
" Mmmm..." Futian nodded.
Looking at the strange changes that had taken place, Futian couldn't help but smile mischievously.
Inside the Hall, were six statues of beasts, A pheonix, a turtle, a roc, a serpent and fox. The beasts stood side by side about a hundred feet wide and tall. In between them was a jade pavement leading towards an altar. Behind the alter was a throne with a ruler seated upon it. All these were in stone form except the ruler whose seat was jade and himself pure gold.
The rulers crown was round with stars. A moon at the back and the sun at the front. His weapons were a sword and Spears. All his weapons were made of silver, jade and gold. It was truly majestic. The aura even made the duo to have difficulty in breathing. Behind them, the doors closed and not a sound could be heard in the hall. The torches caught fire and brought light into the hall.
A large stone tablet flew onto the altar. Five commandments were written on it.
1. Keep silence before the lord and worship him with all your heart and no deception but fear.
2. Sing praises of triumph, honor and glory to the lord
3. Kneel and obey all the commands of the lord your God
4. Keep faithful and never be a sinner by giving your blood and soul as a sacrifice.
5. The only punishment for the sinner is eternal living death.
The duo felt perturbed by what exactly was going on.
" What exactly is going on?" Ju-Hui asked.
" I don't know! Do you think think these are all acts made by fraud stars?"
" You...What are you getting at?"
" You don't need to get angry! I was just guessing!"
" F*c* off! Guessing your head. Do you want to assume everyone here is a fool!"
" FIRWT COMMANDMENT BROKEN!" a loud voice reverted throughout the entire hall. The voice seemed to come from the statue of the fox.Prior to that, the serpentine statues began moving as it headed towards the duo.
" Sh*t! Are they nuts? How do they expect us to fight such a thing?" Futian cursed.
Ju-Hui turned and took a look at Futian's face in the situation. What she noticed made her beam into a smile. His face looked calm despite facing such a dead end situation.
They might not be nuts but you are really nuts. You have some balls. Ju-Hui thought as she smiled.
She grabbed the sword from Futian and attacked the Serpentine. In a blink of an eye, she was struck heavily causing her to knock on to the walls.
