I kept pushing my energy around her, letting it calm the waves of anger I had found when I met them in the cell. Her and Silas were ready to attack the world for answers to what happened. I'd seen Silas angry before, and watching through his eyes I understood why he was so upset. 

He had watched our mate get hurt, minorly, but still she was hurt in front of him. Then, his prisoner escaped in a way that I still couldn't fully explain. Sylvia however, had a rage that had matched his. It wasn't something I expected from her. Was she so angry because he had gotten away or because he had gotten around her energy work? I knew enough about her skills to know it was not common for her tethers to be shaken.
