Buckman, the vice-captain of the red hair pirates:"Shanks, that kid Blake is now the 4th admiral of the marien"

Many marine heard that, but they couldn't refute that Person. Because he is admiral akainu.
Everyone was shocked and the only one who was angry is Akainu.
One of the 4 Emperor Kaido:"Hahahaha, It seems like Marine has gone crazy. They let a child be an admiral. They are all retarded"
Many others thought like Kaido. How could there be a child as admiral. But there are many different reactions.
