The moment Nivritti's head touched the cushion on her couch, she went back to sleep. She didn't want to think about what happened to her or what anyone said to her the whole day. There were too many people, saying too many words, acting strangely and she had had enough for the day.

She just wanted some rest. She knew tomorrow would be another crappy day as always. She thought of taking her medicine as she didn't want to wake up again by some moronic nightmare. But before she could push herself to go to her room and get the medicine, her eyes started drooping and she fell asleep.

For a few minutes, she quietly drifted into the dreamland. A sudden ringing jolted her out of her slumber. "I am coming! I am coming!" she shouted and ran to the door. This time she looked through the peephole, but no one was there. "Whaatt??" she groaned when she realised it was not her door, it was her phone.
